What is the first thing that you must do in the morning to have a great day ahead?


First things first.
The foremost of all ,what you have to do before you get up from your bed,IS DON’T TOUCH YOUR MOBILE PHONE AND THEN GO TO START YOUR DAY. DO NOT EVER DO THAT. As everyone of us are aware that todays modern world is fully mechanised with technology,gadgets etc, on which we are totally reliant on. It seems to me with the growing artificial intelligence,we indeed have turned ourselves into some machine,and we have forgotten our real selves.
It's similar alike that we just start our day with one device of our accommodation and then we end our day on the other,further we are at home.Has anyone ever thought how much may be the extent of that? No ! Because we do not have enough time to think about ourselves,and this assumption travels from one school goer to office goer or it may be any of our household routines.
So now coming to your point,Morning time is the only one, we must try to dedicate it to ourselves.whenever you are about to get up from your bed,pray & be grateful to your god,and that he has given us such a wonderful world to survive.If you are domiciled at urban areas than you shouldn't miss the early morning and it's musings,as it is the only spell of an hour which is free from pollution,and fresh air is available at your window.Try to have some brisk walk in such a kind of atmosphere or try going out for at least half an hour,the same discipline if you obey regularly without fail,I assure you that you will stay rejuvenated for the remaining day of your routine. In simple terms,I am recommending you to do such activities which you love & enjoy doing them in the early morning hours. It may vary from easy normal physical activities like yoga exercises,playing some outdoor games, to simple writing or reading something of your interests.
The best benefit of spending your early morning hours likewise,actually inturn helps you out to be stress free and energetic, even though you are drowning with daily official or personal stress.Have you all ever noticed when we play any game or incase we are busy doing something that interests us,for a moment of that particular time we forget our daily stress,tensions and we get so much involved in what we are doing full heartedly.And that is the only time which relieves you from getting drowned in the busy world.
Apart from this, there are many things you can try like singing,listening to music,dancing ,cycling etc.I mean to say if you cannot afford to workout due to some health problems just pick up one activity which can bring closer to the mother nature and rest will follow by itself.
If we do try,we can.This discipline is not only meant for youngsters or old age people,but it’s for everyone.This is one small plan is for all your success,not being basically in your education or professionalism,BUT IT’S FOR YOUR REAL LIFE.
